Kathleen Dehan began her fitness journey in Austin, Texas in the early 1990's. After participating in group fitness classes and seeing how great instructors can change people's lives, she knew this was the path meant for her. Kathleen has been teaching for almost 15 years in Texas, Grand Cayman, and now Kansas City. Kathleen believes that to get results, your body needs constant change and confusion.
To this end, no two classes she teaches are ever the same! She utilizes different formats and speeds to burn calories and build muscle. Certified as a group fitness instructor through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), she has also attended many continuing education workshops through the years, most recently the Boot Camp workout program through Exercise, Etc.
