Burn Bootcamp Lite
New to bootcamp style workouts? Dealing with injuries or limitations? This class is ideal for you. Bootcamp is a mixture of strength and cardiovascular movements that utilize a variety of equipment and your own body weight. No worries, this is not an easy class, however all exercises can be modified to your fitness level.
Burn Bootcamp MAXX
BBe prepared to sweat, huff & puff! This class combines multiple muscle strength exercises with a variety of equipment and your own body weight. You’ll also perform intense cardio drills to get your heart pumping! Drop and give me 20!!
Burn Lift
Get ripped! This class focuses on weight training but always makes time for cardio! We hit every major muscle group and focus on form, weight selection, and breathing techniques. This class is for all fitness levels.
PIYO
PiYo is a fusion of pilates and yoga movements. Feel free to leave the running shoes at home. But no worries, this work out leaves you dripping. Please bring your own sticky mat to this class otherwise, we provide foam matts.
HIIT
High Intensity Interval Training. Sections of high intensity cardio bursts mixed in with dynamic upper and lower body strength training. This class is advanced but can be modified to meet all fitness levels. Interval training is a great way to burn calories and burn stress while discovering a healthier you!
BURN Performance
Play golf, tennis, run, or just want to perform like an athlete? This class is for you. Great for all fitness levels...this class has it all, weight lifting, agility, and athletic cardio movements to improve your game (whatever it may be).
Kitchen Sink
Expect anything! Kitchen Sink is the instructors choice and can be modified for all fitness levels. This class could be Bootcamp, Lift, HIIT or a mix of all three. Our trainers love to research and be creative...you may not know exactly what your getting except an awesome workout.
B.L.T. (Buns, Legs, Thighs)
Want a beach body year round? Need to tone and tighten your legs and back side? This is the class for you! A total lower body blitz, B.L.T. will have you squatting, lunging, and lifting your way to a super hot pair of legs and buns. Make a first impression with your smile...make a lasting impression as you walk away!
Zumba
Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance-fitness program for all fitness levels combining easy to follow dance moves with upbeat music for a calorie burning dance party! Wear your dancing shoes but be prepared for a workout. Zumba is the most fun you'll have while getting an intense cardio workout.
